Would you like to leave a review? At WOOOD, we really appreciate it, thank you! Your opinion helps us to continuously improve our products and service and helps other customers make the right choice.
Before a review appears online, we check it to ensure that it meets our review conditions.
Who can leave a review?
At WOOOD, two types of reviews can be left:
1. Product reviews
Customers who have purchased and received a product via woood.nl will automatically receive an email invitation to write a review about the product in question.
2. General reviews
These are reviews about WOOOD in general, for example about our service or delivery. These are collected via the review platform Kiyoh.
For product reviews, we always check whether they come from a customer who has actually purchased and received the product via woood.nl.
How is authenticity guaranteed?
We guarantee the authenticity of reviews by:
- Linking reviews to an actual order
- Checking whether the product has been purchased and delivered
- Manually assessing each review before it is published
This ensures that reviews are based on real customer experiences.
Are both positive and negative reviews posted?
Yes. We publish both positive and negative reviews, as long as they meet our review conditions.
We do not edit or modify the content of reviews. This allows us to provide an honest and transparent picture of our products and services.
Are paid reviews posted?
No. WOOOD does not post paid reviews and does not offer compensation, discounts or other rewards in exchange for a (positive) review.
What happens to my review?
Product reviews are received and checked by the WOOOD team. Because this is done manually, there may be some time between the writing and publication of the review.
In most cases, a review is assessed within a few working days and, if approved, published.
When is a review not posted?
A product review will not be published if it:
- Does not come from a customer who has purchased and received the product via woood.nl
- Does not relate to the product in question (in the case of product reviews)
- Contains questions or complaints intended for our customer service department
- Contains inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory or offensive language
- Contains personal data, addresses or telephone numbers
- Contains references to (commercial) third parties or websites
- Is of a commercial nature, including price comparisons with other websites
- Is fraudulent or violates laws and regulations
- Contains outdated or demonstrably incorrect information that has since been amended and may cause confusion
We reserve the right not to publish or to remove reviews that do not meet these conditions.
Changing or deleting a review
Would you like to change or delete your review? Please contact our customer service department via our contact page or by email at info@woood.nl. Upon request, we will delete your review and, if desired, you can post a new review.
WOOOD reserves the right to change these review terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available on our website.
