Impregneerspray

Impregnate your armchair or sofa with this spray and prevent stains. This water-based impregnation spray is colorless and water-repellent and is suitable for textiles and leather. The fabrics of the armchairs and sofas in our webshop are suitable for intensive residential use, but have not been treated with an impregnation spray. This eco spray helps against stains. By impregnating, the stain/moisture remains on top of the fabric so that it does not penetrate and does not have a deep effect and is therefore easier to remove.

You should always dab stains and not rub them in. Rubbing removes the impregnation layer, rubs the stain into the fabric and rubbing can also cause pilling. It is advisable to spray a new sofa that has not been treated immediately. Places that are favourites on the sofa and are therefore often used can be sprayed more often. It is ideal to spray the sofa annually and maintain it in places where it is needed. Depending on the size of the sofa, 1 to 2 spray cans are needed. For a corner sofa, you may need slightly more than 2 cans. A coarser fabric should be sprayed more generously than a smooth fabric.

We recommend using this spray only in very well-ventilated areas, preferably outdoors. Continue to ventilate for at least 3 hours after application. And test for colour fastness and durability in an inconspicuous place before use. Only compare after drying. If it is a used piece of furniture, we recommend cleaning the furniture first.
