Design & Style
The pine feels warm and natural, whilst the clean lines and push-to-open system lend it a modern look. The Merel cupboard combines open and closed storage spaces. Behind the closed doors are black shelves, which provide a subtle contrast. Give your favourite items a place in the open compartments and neatly stow away the rest out of sight.
Dimensions
Measuring 200 cm in height, 100 cm in width and 39.5 cm in depth, the Merel fits perfectly into the corner of your living room, bedroom or study. The upper compartments (41 cm high) are ideal for larger items, whilst the lower compartments (31.6 cm high) are perfect for books or decorative items. Each shelf can support up to 10 kg of evenly distributed weight.
Material
The cabinet is made from pine sourced from an FSC®-certified supplier. The pine wood is treated in various ways. Sanded pine wood has a smoother surface. Please note: The pine wood exhibits natural wood characteristics; this means that wood and grain patterns, knotholes and variations in texture are visible. These features are part of the character of genuine pine wood and are never exactly the same. This makes every piece unique.
Maintenance
A slightly damp cloth is all you need to make your cupboard look fresh again. Wipe up any damp patches immediately to prevent water marks.
Assembly & Delivery
The cupboard is delivered in three parcels with clear assembly instructions. Don’t forget to fit the felt glides to the underside. Also, ensure the anti-tip device is correctly fitted.

This product will be delivered to your home by one of our selected shipping partners.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the desired delivery date.
- In case of a (longer) delivery time, you will be informed by email about the planned delivery.
- You will receive a track & trace link to follow your order.
- The products are delivered packaged and unassembled to the first door on the ground floor.
- For sofas, you can choose our extra placement service. The delivery staff will place the sofa, assemble it and take the packaging material back. This extra service is available for deliveries Monday to Friday and costs €75 extra. Note: This service is not available for customers in Belgium.
Return service
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
- The product must be complete, undamaged, unassembled and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be registered via our return portal.
