Returns Service

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order. We accept returns provided the following guidelines are observed.

For orders placed via the WOOOD.nl webshop, a maximum return period of 30 days after receipt applies, unless stated otherwise. After this period, the purchase agreement is binding.


If the return period is used, the order can be returned free of charge from the Netherlands and Belgium via our return portal, provided the product is:

1. Complete, undamaged, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
2. All returns must be registered through our return portal. Please note: orders not registered via our portal will not be processed.

If products are returned damaged, we reserve the right to deduct compensation costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Instructions

  • Go to our return portal
  • Follow the steps in our return portal.
  • Pack the items carefully so they arrive undamaged.
  • Always keep proof of your return shipment.
  • We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost return packages. 

Refund
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, as soon as possible but no later than 14 days to your account.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay us.
