Damaged or defective article
If you have received a damaged or defective article from us, please report this to us as soon as possible by sending a photo to info@woood.nl. We will then inform you as soon as possible about a suitable solution.

Our standard warranty period is 2 years - without prejudice to legal rights - after the delivery date. After reporting a complaint, we will deal with it and assess it on the basis of the information provided. Where necessary, we will request additional information (e.g. photos). If the complaint is justified, we will provide a suitable solution.
