Material

Oak is characterized by the light brown tint with a soft yellow glow and clearly visible grain. Oak generally dries very slowly, which can cause the natural process of cracking and discoloration. Oak is a natural product that deserves a visible stage, which is why we only use lacquers and coatings on a natural basis that allow the grain and natural properties of the oak to come into their own. The oak furniture in our collections comes from FSC-certified suppliers and is treated in various ways.

The metal in our collections has various finishes, such as: powder coating and brass/antique brass. A powder coating provides a luxurious matte look and protects the metal for life. A powder coating is a lacquer that is bonded to the metal using high temperatures.

Maintenance

Treated oak is very easy to maintain. Keep the furniture dust-free regularly with a clean, dry cloth. Remove damp stains immediately with a slightly damp cloth and a neutral detergent, let the wood air dry. Always use basic protection for wood, such as using a coaster under a drinking glass or hot pan. In case of damage, consult a specialist paint shop for a possible retreatment of the furniture.

All our metals from the collection have been thoroughly treated and therefore do not require retreatment. If the metal is damaged, consult a specialist paint shop. Treated metal is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent, drying the surface afterwards ensures a streak-free result.

Delivery

The Combi-Tablo packages are delivered separately and are easy to assemble using the supplied assembly instructions. The 2-position leg is delivered per piece and is easy to assemble under the Tablo table top thanks to the drilling pattern. Place felt glides on the underside of the legs to protect hard floors.
