Placing an order

Placing an order is very easy. You add the products you want to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button that appears next to all products. If you want more than one piece of the same product, you can change the desired quantity in the shopping cart.

Delivery times

Online, each article is accompanied by information on whether it can be delivered immediately or what the delivery time is. When an item is immediately available and will be delivered with PostNL or TransMission, it is mentioned: Ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow. These orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Once we have registered your parcel with the delivery service, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail so you can track the status of your shipment. If everything goes well, you can count on the parcel being delivered the next working day in the Netherlands.

When an article states: Ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow (or choose another day). Then, in the Netherlands, the transport company Dutchned will deliver the order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing the order with the option of selecting a delivery date on the calendar. Or -if you do not respond to this e-mail- Dutchned's SupportDesk will contact you to arrange the delivery date by telephone.
For orders of larger furniture to Belgium, if you order before 12:00 noon, the order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same working day. And immediately after completing the order, the carrier Extra@Home will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

If an indicative delivery time is mentioned with the article, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after you have placed the order, stating the expected delivery time. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive another e-mail containing - depending on the delivery method - the Track & Trace code or calendar in which you can select the desired delivery date.

Delivery of an order

Depending on the composition of your purchase, the order will be delivered by our carrier or by post. If the order can be sent as a parcel, PostNL or TransMission will take care of delivery and you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. For other orders, our carrier Dutchned BV will take care of delivery in the Netherlands and Extra@Home in Belgium. In that case, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your order with the option of setting a preferred delivery date. Or -if you do not respond to this e-mail- the carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery date by telephone.

The products are packed and delivered unassembled to the first door on the ground floor.

Delivery of multiple products
Are you ordering multiple products that are normally delivered by different carriers? In that case, we combine the delivery. Your order will be delivered in one single shipment on the latest delivery date (the longest delivery time). This way, you only need to be at home once.

Shipping & Service Costs

In the Netherlands the delivery costs are free of charge. For a delivery in Belgium, the delivery costs will be calculated and displayed when completing the order, this will be a maximum of €9.95.

Sofa placement service

It is possible to have your sofa delivered with our extra placement service. The extra installation service means that our deliverers will deliver the sofa inside (up to the 4th floor if easy passage is possible). It is therefore important that the sofa/package can be transported safely via the stairwell. If a spacious lift is available, the number of floors does not matter. The responsibility for fitting the parcel through a door/hallway, stairwell or lift therefore lies with the consumer. The deliverers place the sofa, assemble it and take back the packaging material. The extra service is available for delivery from Monday to Friday and costs an additional €75.
Please note: This service is not available for customers in Belgium.
