Warranty

All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what a consumer may reasonably expect from it. Some products may also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

Damaged or defective item

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report this to us as soon as possible by sending a photo to info@woood.nl. We will inform you as soon as possible about an appropriate solution.

Seller’s warranty

Our standard seller’s warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery, without prejudice to your statutory rights. After reporting a complaint, we will review the issue based on the information provided. If necessary, we may request additional information (for example photos). If the complaint is deemed valid, we will provide an appropriate solution.
