Online, each item is listed whether it is available immediately or what the delivery time, if any, is.When an item is available immediately and it is listed: Ordered before 22.00, delivered tomorrow. Then the parcel will be delivered via PostNL or Transmission. In that case, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail when we have handed the parcel over to the delivery service. Via the Track & Trace code you can follow the status of shipment.
When an article is immediately available and it is stated: Ordered before 22.00, delivered tomorrow (or choose another day). After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a calendar in which you can select the desired delivery date. Yes, you certainly can! We have fabric samples available of a number of sofas in our collection, which we would be happy to send you free of charge. To request a fabric sample, go to the relevant sofa in the webshop. Click on the sofa and scroll down. If a request is possible for that sofa, you will find a button with fabric sample request. It is also possible to request a sample (if available) by sending an e-mail to info@woood.nl or calling our customer service on 088-2290111.
Unfortunately, it can happen that an item or part of a piece of furniture has been damaged. You can report this to us within 14 days of delivery by sending a photo to info@woood.nl. We would also like to receive the abbreviation of the part mentioned on the assembly drawing of the furniture. That way we can send you the correct part as a service.
In the Netherlands, delivery costs are free of charge. For a delivery in Belgium, the delivery costs will be calculated and displayed when completing your order, this will be a maximum of €9.95.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, it is best to do so by calling our customer service department as soon as possible on 088-2290111. This is because the order may already have been processed and dispatched. Outside office hours, we advise you to send the request for change or cancellation by email to info@woood.nl.
Yes you can, you are more than welcome in our Experience Centre in Hoorn or visit a dealer nearby via ‘shops’! If you would like to see something specific from the website, please contact the relevant dealer in advance.

The new digital gift vouchers available online can be redeemed digitally very easily by entering the code printed on the gift voucher in the designated field during the checkout process.
Physical gift vouchers with the code starting with ‘KXX’ (where the XX's are replaced by a number) can also be used online in the following way:
If you want to redeem a physical gift voucher when ordering in the web shop, you can take a picture of the code on the gift voucher and send it in an e-mail to info@woood.nl to our customer service, along with the article number of the article you want to order and your name and address details + delivery address. Following the e-mail, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice from which the gift voucher has been deducted and any outstanding amount. After receipt of the outstanding amount, the order will be sent - subject to delivery time.
No, unfortunately we do not deliver on floors. Ordered items are delivered to the first door on the ground floor.
An item may be exchanged provided it is complete, undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in its original packaging. However, you must notify our customer service department within the 30-day trial period. This rule only does not apply to custom-made products (e.g. a table that is specially made to measure). You may revoke by any means but preferably by using the revocation form. This form is enclosed with your order or available online (see our returns service).
The standard warranty period is 2 years - without prejudice to legal rights - from the delivery date. Should you have a complaint within this year, you can report it to our customer service department at info@woood.nl. We will deal with the complaint and assess it on the basis of the information provided. Where necessary, we will request additional information (e.g. photos). If the complaint is justified, we will of course offer a suitable solution.
We will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.
