Of course, it is best not to spill anything on your upholstered chair, armchair or sofa, but in our busy lives, accidents can happen in a small corner. That is why we offer the All in House Service in collaboration with Oranje Furniture Care when you purchase your new furniture. Because when you have purchased a new piece of furniture, you only want one thing: Enjoy it! And preferably for as long and carefree as possible.

When purchasing the All in House Service, you will receive a high-quality protection product with the delivery of your upholstered furniture with which you must treat the furniture. Plus professional service for 5 years for any stains and usage problems.

When purchasing this service, you will receive a specially developed service set consisting of a Textile protector and cleaner. The Textile protector ensures that the furniture fabric is protected against substances based on oil, water and grease (all food and drink). If a stain does occur, you can easily remove it with the supplied Textile Cleaner. If this does not work? No worries! Unique to this protection set is the contact you can make with our partner Oranje Furniture Care to find a solution together or to send a professional to your home to remove the stain.

What do you actually get when you purchase the 5-year All in House service?

• Stain service: So an accident can happen in an instant. A cup of coffee that is knocked over or pasta sauce that falls on the couch. All in House offers a high-quality fiber protector with which you can impregnate your couch. This makes it easy to remove stains. Are you unable to remove the stain? One of our professional service technicians can be sent to your home to remove the stain.
• Construction service: Do you have a defect in the construction of your armchair, sofa or corner sofa? The All in House customer care team can easily resolve construction problems such as: removing pilling from textiles, tightening the upholstery if it has started to wrinkle or fold excessively, repairing loose stitching and more.
• Full service: Have you purchased a new set of dining chairs, ottoman, armchair, sofa or corner sofa with the All in House service? The professional customer care team will work with you to solve the problem so that you can enjoy your new furniture without any worries!

How does it work:

Step 1. Order the correct All in House service set together with your new furniture. The following sets are available;

• Armchair, footstool or dining room chairs:Suitable for 1 armchair, footstool or 2 dining room chairs. Contents: 1x textile Protector 150ml (protection), 1x Cleaner 100ml (cleaning), 1x polishing cloth and 5 years of home service.
• Straight sofa 2 to 4 seats: Suitable for 1 straight sofa up to 4 seats or 5-8 dining chairs. Contents: 1x textile Protector 300ml (protect), 1x Cleaner 100ml (clean), 1x cotton cleaning washcloth, 1x polishing cloth and 5 years of home service.
• Corner sofa: Suitable for a sofa with a corner, chaise longue or a U-shape. Contents: 2x textile Protector 300ml (protect), 1x Cleaner 100ml (clean), 2x cotton cleaning washcloth, 2x polishing cloth and 5 years of in-home service.
• Corner sofa XL: Suitable for an extra large corner sofa or a U-shape. Contents: 3x textile Protector 300ml (protect), 1x Cleaner 100ml (clean), 3x cotton cleaning washcloth, 2x polishing cloth and 5 years of in-home service.

Step 2. Spray your furniture immediately after unpacking. Follow the instructions for use on the spray can.

Step 3. Keep your proof of purchase from Basiclabel or the Experience Center together with the service certificate from All in House for the next 5 years and enjoy your furniture!

Step 4. Help a stain! Try to remove it with the supplied Textile cleaner. If you are unable to remove a stain or if you have construction problems (e.g. loose stitching, sagging seat), please report this within 24 hours. Someone from the professional customer care team can then visit your home to assess the problem. You can request the service here or place a service request by scanning the QR code on your service certificate. Then fill in the details of the furniture, upload your proof of purchase and service, the photos of the furniture and finally your contact details.

Conditions:
Up to one day before delivery of the furniture, the All in House Service can be purchased online due to the warranty. Please note: Keep the service certificate from the package in combination with your proof of purchase. Together, this serves as your official service certificate with which you can submit a service request. Has the furniture already been delivered? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to use this service and we recommend that you purchase the impregneerspray Textile protector.

The following aspects are excluded from service:

• Furniture that has been used improperly, such as in the event of negligence/intent
• Product-specific properties such as normal wear and tear and traces of use

In the above cases, as a customer of Oranje Furniture Care you can use the furniture service specialists at a discount of 50%.

The All in House protection product cannot be returned after opening/use.
