Teak is a tropical hardwood and a very durable type of wood, this article originally comes from an FSC certified supplier. Teak itself has a dark brown/red color which looks very luxurious. However, when used outdoors, the teak can discolor or hairline cracks can appear in the wood. This does not affect the construction. The teak seat frame of the sofa has a low-maintenance textilene.
