This is because the order may already have been processed and dispatched. Outside office hours, we recommend sending your request for change or cancellation by e-mail to info@woood.nl.

It may happen that an article ordered by you is unexpectedly no longer available. In that case, we will inform you in good time. If possible, we will offer a comparable alternative or refund the amount paid to your account.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The parcel is then already on its way to you. In that case, you can use our free return service. After receiving the parcel, you can register it for return via info@woood.nl. You will then receive further return instructions from us.
