From October 1st, we’re taking a new step: Basiclabel becomes WOOOD! The familiar Basiclabel webshop will remain open for now, but you can already start shopping on our brand-new webshop, woood.nl. Here you’ll find plenty of interior inspiration, the very latest collections, and our absolute bestsellers. The concept stays the same: a webshop full of modern, stylish interior items from WOOOD and vtwonen—just with a fresh, new look.

What changes for Basiclabel customers?

Not much! The full collection you currently find on Basiclabel is also available on woood.nl. Do you have a Basiclabel account? You can easily create a new account with WOOOD to place an order. Already subscribed to the Basiclabel newsletter? We’ll automatically transfer your subscription so you won’t miss any updates or inspiration. Our social channels stay the same, so keep following us there too!

Classics like the New Gravure, Basu, and Connect cabinet series (all designed by our in-house designers and produced in the Netherlands) remain favorites and are essential on your wishlist. You’ll also find comfortable sofas like the Mojo, Baggy, Second Date, and Cloud series, as well as sturdy dining tables, beds, desks, colorful side tables, and eye-catching accessories.

We’re also introducing new series, such as the Meggy and Gunnar cabinet series and the Novi and Batavier sofa series, ensuring style, comfort, and quality remain while strengthening our range even further.

Q&A: Everything you need to know

1. Will my previous orders still be visible?
   No, they won’t be visible. For new orders, you’ll need to create a new account on woood.nl.
   
   
2. Are my gift cards still valid? 
   Yes, they remain valid. You can still use them on nl, and afterwards they will continue to work on woood.nl. Simply enter the Basiclabel gift card code at checkout.
   
   
3. What happens to my warranty?
   The warranty period remains unchanged at 2 years—without affecting your statutory rights—from the date of delivery.
   
   
4. Are there changes to shipping costs?
   Shipping is free for the Netherlands and Belgium.
   
   
5. Can I still contact customer service?
   Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM by phone: +31 (0)88-2290111, and via chat (see the homepage button) from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. You can also email info@woood.nl and receive a response within 2 working days.
