If there is a discount on a product, it will be displayed on the product itself, in the shopping cart and during checkout. In the case of a discount code, a maximum of 1 code can be used per order. And for the promotion: get a free product with an order, if you return your order, you must also return the free product.

 
Win actions

With some regularity, we have fun win actions via Facebook and Instagram. The terms and conditions are always formulated in the case of a promotion. The following terms and conditions apply to our competitions:

Participation

- Participation in the action takes place in the manner indicated by WOOOD.
- By participating in the action, you agree to the action terms and conditions.
- Participation in the action is open to everyone residing in the Netherlands, with the exception of the persons referred to below.
- Participation is excluded for employees of WOOOD and De Eekhoorn, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this action in an organisational sense.
- Participation in a win action is free of charge. WOOOD does not charge any communication costs.
- Participants are bound by the content and provisions of these terms and conditions.

Prizes

- Winners will be notified personally for confirmation, this may be via social media where the promotion took place. If an email address has been left, the winner may also be notified through this means.
- If the winner has not responded, a new winner will be chosen after one week.
- Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned. The prize won is fixed, no other prize can be chosen by the winner.
- If a prize is refused, it will be forfeited to WOOOD.
- All prizes are personal and not redeemable for cash.
- WOOOD's standard return policy will lapse.

Other

- No rights can be derived from the results of this promotion.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the promotion.
- WOOOD is entitled to change the action conditions and/or prices in the interim without giving reasons.
- In cases not covered by these regulations, WOOOD will decide.
- In the event of fraud or unlawful influence on the action, WOOOD reserves the right to exclude participants, not to proceed with the payment of prizes or to forfeit the right to a prize.
- If incomplete and/or incorrect (personal) data are provided when taking part, WOOOD is entitled to exclude the participant from further participation and/or to withdraw the right to the prize to be won.

Liability

- WOOOD, the auxiliary persons or third parties engaged by it cannot be held liable for damage which may arise in any way from the promotion and/or the prizes made available by WOOOD.
- WOOOD is not responsible or liable for defects in the prizes it makes available. WOOOD does not provide any guarantees on the prizes to be provided by it.

Privacy

- Naturally, we are very careful with the data you provide in connection with the action. The data will be included in a file that complies with privacy legislation. Data will not be made available to third parties without the participant's consent for any purpose other than that for which the data was provided.
- The data are used to carry out the action, announce the prize winner(s) and measure the response to our actions.
- By participating in this action, you give permission to WOOOD to publicise the prize draw, to use photos, entries and/or other recordings/works for promotional purposes.
