Returns Service

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order. We accept returns provided that the guidelines below are followed.

For orders placed via the WOOOD.nl webshop, a maximum trial period of 30 days after receipt applies, unless otherwise stated. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is final.

If you wish to make use of the cooling-off period, orders from the United Kingdom and Ireland can be returned free of charge via our return portal if the product:

  1. Is complete, undamaged and unassembled, and is in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
  2. We ask you to register your return via our returns portal.

If products are returned damaged, we reserve the right to charge compensation costs. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

We will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait to refund you until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay us.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
