Vacuum the teddy fabric regularly with a soft brush to remove dust. For stains, gently dab with a slightly damp cloth, without rubbing. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain the best quality of the fabric.Assembly & delivery
The sofa is delivered in 3 packages. You easily connect the separate elements using the supplied crocodile clips. Place felt glides under the legs to prevent damage to your floor.

This product will be delivered to your home by one of our selected shipping partners.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the desired delivery date.
- In case of a (longer) delivery time, you will be informed by email about the planned delivery.
- You will receive a track & trace link to follow your order.
- The products are delivered packaged and unassembled to the first door on the ground floor.
- For sofas, you can choose our extra placement service. The delivery staff will place the sofa, assemble it and take the packaging material back. This extra service is available for deliveries Monday to Friday and costs €75 extra. Note: This service is not available for customers in Belgium.
Return service
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.
- The product must be complete, undamaged, unassembled and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be registered via our return portal.
- The refund will be processed once the return has been received, checked and approved.
