This round table Maan from the WOOOD brand has a friendly, timeless look. The generous top of MDF wood with 3D paper finish immediately brings a warm atmosphere into the home. The dark brown finish with clear wood grains gives the dining table a beautiful look and fits well in a botanical, retro or boho interior.

The table top has a diameter of 120 cm. A table of this size looks spacious in the interior and is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The height of the table is 75 cm, so enough space for your favorite chair. The carrying capacity of the table is 80 kg.

The MDF sheet material from our collections is formed from pressed wood fibers that are glued together under pressure using resin. This gives this material a very smooth surface. 3D paper is a material to create a three-dimensional effect or texture on, for example, a table top. This can be done by cutting, folding or pressing the paper into layers or patterns, creating a depth or relief effect. A piece of furniture finished with 3D paper furniture gives an artistic and unique look, but has limited structural strength and is sensitive to moisture and wear.

The advantage of pressed sheet material is that it will not splinter or warp. However, this material is very sensitive to moisture and heat in its untreated or damaged form due to its highly absorbent effect. This causes the MDF to expand and cannot return to its original state. For this reason, all our MDF items are thoroughly treated with a protective coating. Protect the table from hard and sharp materials to avoid scratches. Using extra protection ensures that the table does not get scratches or stains, giving the table a longer lifespan. With the right maintenance, a 3D paper table top can be a long-lasting and attractive addition to your interior, but it does require care and protection from the elements. The color of the paper can fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight. If the 3D paper is not properly protected, the paint or ink on the paper may flake or fade. Paper is not naturally water-resistant, making it susceptible to damage when exposed to moisture or water. It may wrinkle, warp or discolour if not properly protected. Since the paper has a delicate texture, it is important to avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on the table top. Stains should be cleaned immediately with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents, as these may damage the paper.

The table weighs 30 kg and is delivered in two packages, with clear instructions for assembly. To protect hard floors, place felt pads on the underside of the leg.
